When we travel towards the Mourne Mountains, for a day of caching, we get the first proper glimpse of the Mournes as we drive along the A7 between Downpatrick and Clough. Will we be able to see the peaks, or will the mountains be covered with cloud?? What has the day in store, adventure and weather-wise?
What has the day in store?
The cache is located at a parking spot, from where the mountains can be seen, and is a quick Park & Grab, perhaps on the way to more challenging caches!
