This cache is a bonus cache and to find it you will first need to complete the Adventure Lab called "A Walk Across the UConn Campus". Each journal entry will provide you with some of the information needed to compute the coords for this cache. If you are unfamiliar with the adventure lab app, don't worry if you miss one journal entry while completing the lab. Once completed you can go back and view all of the journal entries as needed. The app bypasses the last journal entry when you finish but you can view it afterwards, just click on the "view 5 journal entries" link.
Be sure to be familiar with a point projection tool before trying this cache. I used geocaching toolbox for the computation so to get the green light on the checker you may need to do the same.
