Shoot For An Extra Cache Traditional Cache

Use care when retriving and handling cache so all cachers can enjoy it. A park and grab guardrail hide with a little twist. No need to disturb landscaping or even leave the pavement. I looked at this location and thought this would be a good place for this cache. Enjoy the view.
