CELEBRATING GOLDEN FROGS & SQUARE TREES!
This one is placed out there for the frog-loving wanders in one of my favorite places on this planet, El Valle de Anton, Panama!
As an active partner of the El Valle Amphibian Conservation Center (EVACC), I have been working with the fine folks here for over 20 years and visit this beautiful area regularly. EVACC’s newly formed non-for-profit, the EVACC Foundation is now managing the hiking trail up to the nearby square trees (yes, trees that grow square only here!), in addition to their amazing work saving Panama’s rarest amphibians.
With this I really want to celebrate my passion for frogs, especially the Panamanian golden frog (la rana dorada). Please stop by and check out their live amphibian displays and gift shop before you hike on up to see the square trees for yourself. ¡CELEBRANDO RANAS DORADA Y ÁRBOLES CUADRADOS!
¡Este está ubicado allí para los vagabundos amantes de las ranas en uno de mis lugares favoritos en este planeta, El Valle de Antón, Panamá!
Como socio activo del Centro de Conservación de Anfibios de El Valle (EVACC), he estado trabajando con la gente excelente aquí durante 20 años y visito esta excelente área regularmente. La Fundación EVACC, recientemente formada sin fines de lucro, ahora administra la ruta de senderismo hasta los árboles cuadrados cercanos (sí, ¡los árboles que crecen cuadrados solo aquí!), Además de su increíble trabajo para salvar a los anfibios más raros de Panamá.
