This cache is placed near the highest point above sea level located within Centre County on an unnamed high point.
The cache is located on Pennsylvania State Game Lands.Know the hunting seasons and wear orange during the open seasons.
The summit can be reached with a 1/2 mile round trip hike along a dirt/gravel road. Suggested parking...N40° 43.981' W78° 19.747' if Old Hoover Road is cleared. If the hill is in bad condition park at the intersection of Old Hoover Road and Route 453.
