Geocache Description:


This cache is placed at Highlands Hammock State Park

The park is open from 8 am until sunset, 365 days a year.

A state park entrance fee is required.

 

 

The first professional landscape planner, Vinten entered upon the planning process of the Hammock as a member of the Alexander Blair staff in 1932. His primary interests lay in coordinating engineering plans, laying out foot trails, planning the Vesper Service and parking areas.
