Geocache Description:


This cache is placed at Highlands Hammock State Park

The park is open from 8 am until sunset, 365 days a year.

A state park entrance fee is required.

 

Tiger Branch Creek is a spring fed creek and has some flow in all seasons, though the flow is influenced by rainfall.  Its source is in the northeast corner of section 33 and flows to the southwest.  Before roads or trails were built, it flowed into the marshy flats and emptied into Charlie Bowlegs Creek.
