#2 – In Memory of Happy Family Times in Koloni Series
A series of caches in and around the hamlet of Koloni. The caches can all be found close to tracks or roads that are suitable for all vehicles in all weathers. For the more adventurous with an hour or two to spare why not take a stroll. We have added Waypoints for suggested parking.
Our Family has had a house in the hamlet since 2004, we have watched the former Turkish Village become inhabited again. Koloni is surrounded by farming areas with lots of connecting tracks mostly on the flat..
We decided to place this series in memory of my mum who had the house built and lived here until she lost her brave fight against the big C in 2017. Mum would often enjoy an hour or two with us when we first started Caching.
This Cache is placed at area which has been restored in the last couple of years. A place where in times gone by, some dirty Urchins may have been washed..
The urchins may have been ones found in the sea nearby or local rascals!!!
We have left a FTF Gift tucked up safely within the cache.
