Calling all cachers! I need your help! I have been selected to hold a Community Celebrations by Geocaching HQ. This is a daunting task.
I want to make this truly a community event with everyone participating in some manner. You choose.
I am wide open for suggestions, idea's, event location, date and time, food venue, games, raffle, secret cacher, fellowship, whatever you think of please share it. This is our event to celebrate this wonderful hobby.
The event is inside Parview Regional Hospital's Cafeteria. BTW they have really good food for a fair price. No worries if you don't have an appetite, come and enjoy the fellowship. There are plenty of tables and you can grab breakfast or lunch. Looking forward to seeing you there!
