Cache info.

Welcome to PA State Game Lands #100. This area is know as "The German Settlement Reclamatiom Project" Look around! You are standing on what was once a coal strip mine. The mine was abandoned and left to pollute the surrounding lands. This area has been reclaimed and now provides good habitat for Whitetail Deer, Elk, and many small game animals, maybe even a Black Bear or two! Take a little extra time to go up the small hill and take in what mother nature has done with a little help from man. This cache is in a state game land. Please wear orange during hunting season; You can find hunting season info. here: https://www.pgc.pa.gov/HuntTrap/Law/Pages/SeasonsandBagLimits.aspx . We have added lots of swag from other caches we have found to start things off. There are also two travel tags to move along. FTF prize is a GEOCOIN. Parking lot is very close to the cache. This cache is family-friendly and filled with swag for the kids.
