Geocache Description:

The coordinates above will NOT take you to the container.  You must solve the puzzle to find it.  The coordinates will take you to a mural painted by Kimberly Alsop from Augusta, MO for the Arts Council of Washington.  It extends around two large walls along the street and parking lot and is intended to show visitors Washington's history from 1800 to now.  All of the answers you need can be found by being a careful observer of the mural.

There are duplicates of some letters so please look carefully. The cache can be found at N38 3A. BCD W 091 0E.BDB

A: Look at the letter "I". How many soldiers are hanging out the train windows?

B: Look at the letter "O". There is a woman holding an unusual instrument. (It is not a band instrument) What instrument is mentioned? How many letters are there in this instruments name?
