Geocache Description:

The City of Vincent is named after a major street that runs through the LGA.  It's believed to have been named by the chief draftsman of the Lands Department of the time, George Vincent, in about 1876. George Vincent was the recipient of the land on the north side of the street, east of Charles Street in the first Crown grant of Perth.

VIncent is a relatively new LGA, on 1 July 1994, the restructure of the City of Perth created three new local governments: the Towns of Vincent, the Cambridge and Shepperton (now Victoria Park), plus a smaller City of Perth.

You are looking for a 250mL sistema hidden in one of the many parks within the City of Vincent.

This cache is place as part of a group placement of caches celebrating Leap Day (February 29th 2020).
