Geocache Description:

The church of St Cuthbert in Marley Hill was built during the 1870s. It stands in a large churchyard, and was built of coursed sandstone and slate in the Gothic style, and included grouped lancet windows.
The original cost of £3000 was raised by public subscription.
The eastern part of the churchyard was in place before Marley Hill became a pit village. Charles Baring, who was Bishop of Durham at the time, consecrated the church on 15th November 1877.
The church is dedicated to St Cuthbert, who died in the year 687 on the Inner Farne island. St Cuthbert’s remains are now in Durham Cathedral, and his original coffin and pectoral cross are on display in the Cathedral treasury.

This is a reverse wherigo cache, so you will need to use the cartridge developed by Waldmeister.
It should be downloaded and installed on your device before trying to locate this cache.

Please read all the following information before heading out to try and find it.
There is no container at the given co-ordinates.
You will find yourself at the main entrance to the churchyard.
In order to open the cartridge it needs to be activated with three 6 digit codes, which are usually given on the cache pages, but as this is a Church Micro I have made this one so cachers have to visit the church.
The information needed to obtain the codes to open the Wherigo can be found in the churchyard, and the main entrance is at the supplied coordinates.
When I visited the churchyard the ground was waterlogged, so it may be advisable to wear boots or wellingtons.
Locate the grave of Lena Edith Brown and take note of her date of death and age. Allocate letters A to J to those numbers (note that the month is 2 digits), and work out the three, 6 digit codes as follows:-
A(F-H) DHAG

(G+E)(I+E)(D-F)(I+A)JC

EBI(D-G)GJ

The checksum for the 18 digits is 65
