Just a quick park & grab w/ a little history lesson.
Up until in the late 90s, this small town had 4 churches. The white building you see just past the Assembly church on the right, was originally the Christian Church, with the Masonic Lodge on the top floor. It was called the Christian church because it was where all the Christians gathered to worship. The Baptist and Assembly split off of that main church, and the Christian church remained there until the early 60's when they built the Christian Church 1/4 mile further up. It became the Uniontown Community Building until the 90s & has since been converted to a 1 story & transformed into a home. The picture below shows what it looked like during the early 1900s.
