Geocache Description:

You are walking on ground that nurtured the Cherokee people during the Trail of Tears. It is noted that American Indian tribes put their differences aside when they entered the Blue Spring area as it was considered sacred ground.

Each day, 38 million gallons of water pours from the center of Blue Spring into its trout-filled lagoon. The lagoon overflows into the White River, replenishing the area with some of the purest water in the region according to a recent study.

A source of energy and power, the water became a magnet for activity that fed the spirit, healed physical and emotional wounds, and helped build a community.

This cache has been a big hit so far. I upgraded it with a new container. It now has plenty of room for swag and Travel Bugs.

Please return as found to keep it hidden from muggles.

That place you feel like you should sit or stand on to take in the view might be the place to look for the cache.
