I suggest avoiding the weekends due to parking issues. But, walking along the Venice Canals is quite fun. Plan on spending some time here. Best parking is by GC9FXZE, Carolynnie's cache. You cannot ride a bike or a scooter.(If you have to lock your bike up, use care. Many are stolen from the Venice area.) This cache is placed with the homeowner's permission on their property. If they watch you they are simply trying to see if they may want to become geocachers and are quite curious. Cache is not in the water. YOU CAN REACH THIS CACHE FROM THE SIDEWALK. Make sure you are searching at the home with the whiteish/grayish metal railing fence. Do not enter the private deck. Be gentle so we can keep using this location. Some of you will recognize the home from the Geocachig Duck Race Event we had there on 8/20/2016.
