Cuarta Bienal 2009.
El municipio de Caguas diseñó el Paseo Honor al río Caguitas y con tal propósito convocó artistas para que diseñaran y expusieran su arte en la ribera del río. Este proyecto comienza desde la carretera PR-1 (Villa Blanca Shopping Mall), pasa por la Urb. Villa Blanca, San Antonio y culmina en Santa Juana. Las exposiciones de arte se llevaron a cabo por etapas en varias Bienales. Este parque lineal recorre las riberas del río Cagüitas con un hermoso paseo tablado, puentes, glorietas y hermosos jardines que dan forma al recorrido. Esta Bienal busca educar por medio del arte y llevar un mensaje de creatividad a través de la obra de cada artista. Con cada bienal, el parque aumenta su valor y patrimonio artístico pues se suman esculturas de artistas locales e internacionales que adornan el paisaje y generan un espacio integral para el esparcimiento de todos sus visitantes.

Al momento el Parque Lineal cuenta con más de 15 esculturas en concreto y muchas de ellas son de tamaño monumental. Son esculturas que proclaman que el arte moderno puede tener un impacto positivo sobre su medio ambiente.

The municipality of Caguas designed the Honor Walk to the Caguitas River and for that purpose called artists to design and exhibit their art on the riverside. This project starts at the PR-1 road (Villa Blanca Shopping Mall), passes through the Urb. Villa Blanca, San Antonio and ends in Santa Juana. Art exhibitions were carried out in stages in several Biennials. This linear park runs along the banks of the Cagüitas River with a beautiful boardwalk, bridges, gazebos and beautiful gardens that shape the route. This Biennial seeks to educate through art and carry a message of creativity through the work of each artist. With each biennial, the park increases its value and artistic heritage as sculptures of local and international artists are added that adorn the landscape and generate an integral space for the recreation of all its visitors.

At the moment the Linear Park has more than 15 concrete sculptures and many of them are monumental in size. They are sculptures that proclaim that modern art can have a positive impact on their environment.
