Eis as magestosas Cascatas dos Moinhos ou Fírveda, situadas entre as Freguesias de S. Cipriano e de Ramires. Situam-se nas imediações do aproveitamento hidroeléctrico de S. Cipriano, que labora com água trazida por canal desde a barragem de Mariares.
Neste local podemos observar vários Moinhos, patrimônio de outros tempos, local onde se moia os cereais para fazer farinha, hoje em dia abandonados, alguns vandalizados, mas teimam em fazer parte da paisagem, quem sabe um dia alguém poderá aproveitar e dar algum fim a estes teimosos resistentes do tempo.

Esta cache encontra-se nas imediações do moinho velho, para lá chegar devem descer pelo pequeno trilho com extrema cautela e seguir até ao local onde melhor se podem observar as Cascatas sem nos colocarmos em perigo. Ao procurar NÃO MEXER NAS PEDRAS DA CONSTRUÇÂO Cuidado com as pedras escorregadias, a cache em si é fácil de realizar, o caminho a percorrer para lá chegar é que é mais complicado se eventualmente o piso estiver molhado.
Inicialmente apenas contem logbook, tem espaço para deixar pequenas suvenirs para quem o desejar, bem como itens de troca ou um pequeno travel bugs. Levem material de escrita e coloquem no mesmo local.
