Tiny Bubbles Rises from the Ashes Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

oldbadger: In its first life, it lasted a year, but survived to hide again. In its new life, it lasted 2.5 years, but sadly, due to the nasty work of a muggle (hope it wasn't a cacher), the camo has been destroyed and it will not rise again. WERDAVE

Geocache Description:

Long ago there was an excellent example of an oldbadger cache, Tiny Bubbles, but after less than a year in service it went missing allegedly the victim of landscape cleanup at GZ.  However, no "body" was ever found.  For over 8 years, the "case of the missing Tiny Bubbles" has gone unsolved.  Recently there was a big break in the case when cacher jmsnadler visited a muggle friend near the original "scene of the crime."  Apparently, the muggle friend had rescued the cache during the landscape renovation, but didn't recognize it for what it was or appreciate its true value.  Fortunately, jmsnadler was astute enough to recognize what it was, send out the alert, and kindly turned it over to me as the guardian of oldbadger caches.  Subsequent "forensic analysis" confirmed that the find was indeed the original Tiny Bubbles cache with its original authentic oldbadger camo, and even the original log book and trinkets.  All was in excellent condition except for a minor failure of the camo mechanism.  Fortunately, I was able to restore the camo to essentially "new" condition.  So, it is my privilage to bring this excellent example of oldbadger creativity back to life for all to enjoy.  I have left the orginal log, so simply add your signature at the end of the previous entries.  Any of the 100+ finders the original Tiny Bubbles can, of course, find this new release.  -- WERDAVE

CAUTION

As with all oldbadger caches, this one requires a bit of finess rather than any brute force.  Please do NOT use excessive force -- it's not necessary and may damage the cache.

Warning:  There is a tiny bit of PO near the hide, but it should be easy to avoid.
