Welcome to ‘Sit and Watch the World Go by’.
This cache is placed on the outskirts of the city of Lisburn. Lisburn has always been renowned for being empty in terms of caches, so I thought I would fix this. However, after spending the day looking for hiding spots, believe it or not this as the only suitable one! The cache is about a 10-15 minute dander from the centre of Lisburn and is placed in a spot where you can watch the busy junction right in front of you! GZ itself is wheelchair accessible, however getting to it involves one step. Cache should be a quick cache and dash although I recommend that you ‘Sit and Watch the World Go by’ for a few minutes.
Getting to the cache itself is easy by both car and public transport. For the car please use common sense and don’t park on the main junction, ample parking is available on the side streets metres away from GZ. For the bus, various services service here from Belfast and Lisburn, the most common of these being 23, 38 & 51. Lisburn town service 325L will also leave you relitavely close to GZ. For the train, the nearest station is Lisburn, which involves a 10 minute walk.
The cache itself is a magnetic nano, your own writing implement is not only recommended, but required! Cache should be found quickly as long as your looking at the right spot. Please replace exactly as found and it is also recommended that children are closely supervised near GZ.
