This cache is placed very close to where I once worked. At times it will be difficult to find a place to park, and if that happens just park in the street next to some other cars. You'll understand once you see it, and you won't be there long enough to be in the way anyway. During non-work hours there will be plenty of parking available. You may be on camera, and there will be the occasional patrol car (or two) coming by to check on our building and property, but GZ is actually on public property so you should be ok. Although this cache is accessible 24/7, I really would not recommend looking for it at night!
I worked for Harris County for 30 years, only recently retiring. I spent 24 of those years in this building. It's called Fleet Services now, but all the old heads and the deputies call us VMC. That is what we were called when I first started working for the County, and it's easier to say. It stands for Vehicle Maintenance Center.
Have fun looking for the cache, and don't do anything stupid. You never know who may be watching!
