Over the last year several members of my extended family from ages 1-91, have had to spend extended time in hospitals. Happily, they all got better and went home. While they were in the hospital several family members stayed to be nearby to encourage and support them. After hours of waiting with levels of worry and stress we’d need to take a break for food or just a stretch. I realized having something as simple as a geocache within easy distance to encourage you to take a break and get a little sun and light exercise would be a welcome distraction. So was born this series. I try to hide more than one cache at each hospital. Get them all on one walk or spread them out if you are to be there a while. These hides are meant to get you out of the main hospital building and feel some sun and fresh air and have a bit of exercise. If you are just looking for local caches, all the hides will be accessible outside the buildings. They should be easy to locate but do bring a pen. This is a quick park and grab or easy walk.
