Tools of the Trade 🔨 🪛🔧 🧰

The cache is NOT at the posted coords no matter how many tools you use to find it there.

Most cachers will think of Tools of the Trade (TOTT) as tweezers, pens, extension magnets, mirrors, flashlights, etc. But the Red Herrings have their own set of TOTT- Metadata, ciphers, ASCII, encrypted text, hidden text, Wikipedia, Thesaurus, Google Maps, W3W, and even Geocheck & Certitude!

The Red Herrings had a long discussion and decided to place a cache in tribute to Illinois Puzzle Master toolrep1 who has solved many a Red Herring puzzle. He knows quite a few of the Red Herring TOTT, but being Red Herrings, they still have a trick or two up their sleeve (err… fins) and they want to keep toolrep1 on his toes. So this Tools of the Trade puzzle might just require him to phone-a-friend- maybe!

This is far from the hardest puzzle the Red Herrings have done, but it is something from their TOTT toolbox that they have not used very often. Where are those darn coords anyway?
