Timsoccerdogg: i loved this spot especially the art work seemed like a perfect fit i waited a long time for this to become available but i think its just not as goodas a spot as i thought it was be it city of kent manitanence or just plain muggles as much as i love this im going to archive maybe some one else will have better luck

Geocache Description:

Annual Floods were once part of life in Kent. In 1962 the Howard Hanson Dam Changed that. Almost every winter the Green River Flooded and downtown streets became waterways. In the severe flood of 1946 hundreds of families evacuated and dairy farmers had to move their herds to higher ground. Soon after work began on a dam to protect Kent`s homes farms and businesses. Probable High Muggle Area
