This cache is located at one of the Leesville City parks. Jubilee Commemorative Park is dedicated in recognition of the many African American individuals and organizations that contribute to the area economically, socially, politically, and religiously. The cache is a challenging park and grab; a micro with a small amount of paper in case anyone wants to leave a hardcopy login (bring a pen!).
