This cache is placed along the HOP RIVER / AIRLINE TRAIL. It is along a section where the two trails converge. It is an old railroad line that has been converted for walking / biking / etc.A good place to park is by the Train Museum in Willimantic, CT. There is a designated place to park for people using the trails.
The DEEP in the State of Connecticut has granted permission for the placement of geocaches along this trail.
