Geocache is hidden in a public park that is open from dawn to dusk. Cache is in a wooded area.
The 7 symbols represent a different number between 1 and 10. The numbers to the right and below the grid show the totals of that row or column. Deduce the numerical value of each symbol to determine the cache coordinates.
Note: This puzzle was released at the 2019 Year End Geocaching Event. At least one geocacher has already solved the puzzle, found the cache, and claimed the FTF so do not be surprised to find a log sheet with a name on it already.
