Well, it's that time of year again. And if you're voting on Tuesday, which hopefully you are, I hope you will make the right choices. Not everybody does, and these names will perhaps give some evidence to that attestation. If you don't recognize any of these names, not to worry, they shouldn't be appearing on your ballot. But if you do recognize some or many of them, it's probably because they were around long enough to appear on ballots in the past thirty years, and they all do have a singular distinction. If you can figure it out, you'll be well on your way to finding this cache!

Special Note about the 2019 Puzzle Challenge: I'm hoping to schedule the 2019 Celebration Party for mid-April.

Special Notes about the 2020 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with Certitude. Finders will receive Top Finder points when submitting Found It logs to the cache page. All "point" scoring is arbitrary, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration party, assuming one happens sometime in 2021). The real challenge is to see whether I will have enough time to create a puzzle each month this year! To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special Notes about this month's puzzle: Yes, I really didn't have a puzzle created, and when jeremiahsjohnson handed out an unpublished cache puzzle at the Feb 29th event, I thought, hmm, maybe I should just solve his and use it for this month's puzzle! Ha! But, I haven't solved his yet (although I did make some good progress, I think); so I had to come up with my own idea for this month after all.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
