Geocache Description:


Despite living a couple of miles away for most of my life and regularly shopping at the adjacent Supermarket, I had never visited Siddick Ponds until a couple of weeks ago when my fascination for Little Egrets brought me here. What a delight! The place is surrounded in history, both natural and anthropological and if nothing else provides a welcome diversion from the relentless consumerism of the nearby shopping centre. Enjoy. 

Cache container remains in situ. Tweezers required to extract the log. Cache placed with the kind permission of - SUSTRANS
