Here the road crosses the main Gloucester to Birmingham railway. Behing the Armco railing there are concrete steps for railway workers to get down to the railway, with signs telling them which way the trains are going and that they are travelling at 100 mph here (!) Not for public access.
You are looking for a small tub, bigger than a micro film canister. Near here there is a big gateway with parking for 1 – 2 cars
