Cultuur en Natuur in Loppem is een wandeling van een kleine 5 km met 12 trad’s. Fietsen zijn in het grootste deel van het kasteelpark verboden, dus die laat je best ook achter op de parkeerplaats. Bij nat weer kan het park vrij modderig zijn, dus zorg je best voor aangepast schoeisel.
Achteraan het kasteelpark van Loppem is er beschermd landschap. Het park wordt onderhouden door de gemeente Zedelgem. Het bevat talrijke opmerkelijke bomen en planten o.a. de stengelloze sleutelbloem (Primula vulgaris), de bosanemoon (Anemone nemorosa), de dotterbloem (Caltha palustris), de Italiaanse aronskelk (Arum italicum),… Er zijn ook een aantal exoten, zoals de Oosterse plataan (Platanus orientalis), de trompetboom (Catalpa), de sneeuwbal (Viburnum)…
In de vroege lente staan er in dit deel van het park zeer veel sneeuwklokjes.
