This is the second library box I steward and the third I’ve constructed. My other library box is in the shared parking lot of Gregory Gardens Elementary School and St Andrews Presbyterian Church (Pleasant Hill, Charter #32864). The third box I constructed was for a Girl Scout Troop near downtown Oakland (Beebe Memorial Chapel; 3900 Telegraph Ave, Oakland). That one was a replacement for the first one they had that was stolen.
I love this Little Free Libraries. Please browse the books. Because of the proximity to Morello Park Elementary School (at the end of the cul du sac), the selection is decidedly towards children’s books.
Some serious stealth is required. This cache is right across the street from a heavily used park.
Not a requirement, but please include the title of one of the books in your log. Even more I would love it if you posted a picture of a book cover!!!
Finally yes this accessible, it'll be a little stretch (for young kids too), but definitely doable.
