Geocache Description:

19 November 2022, 09:30 - 11:30

Geocaching has been celebrating its 20th birthday over an extended period due to COVID restrictions. This has allowed us to "catch up" with our own 20 year celebration.

It only seems like yesterday when I found my first cache (and first FTF) at the Cratercache GC4B0 on 29 November 2001. This was swiftly followed by Poohbear50's first find on 27 December 2001 at the Battle of the Boyne GC29BB (in the days where there were no caches in (NI)!

With acknowledgement to Peacockealot for identifying a winter friendly location suitable for a 2 hour event you are invited to join our celebration of Geocaching's and our 20 years on the trail at St George's Market (seating area to the rear)

There are pleanty of food and beverage stalls in the market - who can resist a Belfast Bap? - so you can grab some breakfast while you join us although you are under no obligation to purchase anything attending the event.
