LET’S CELEBRATE
Come join us for an afternoon of fun with your geo friends from around the area and beyond. There will be hot dogs and chips provided. Each attendee will need to supply their own drink. This shelter has 14 picnic tables so there will be plenty of seating but feel free to bring your chairs if desired.
There are a ton of caches placed around the park so bring your walking shoes.
The Picnic Photo will be taken at 1pm by the ever gracious Jennifer House (javthrowr).
A 105 cache GeoArt will be released at 1:30pm on the day of the picnic. Most of the puzzles will be simple Kansas based trivia questions with easy to find hidden coordinates. Nine of them will be Jigidi based puzzles that need to be solved to get the final coords. The rest will be Kansas based Challenges with the final coords hidden on the cache page. The GeoArt is in between Fort Leavenworth and Atchison. I suggest those who want to go for this art to meet up at N39 25.945 W095 05.191 and carpool from there so not so many cars are on the back dirt roads at the same time.
