Come join me for a Community Celebration event at the gazebo in Brading Park. This Park is in my neighborhood, and we only invite the nicest people to visit us, so I thought it fitting that I invite some of the geocaching people to stop by for a visit. I will be at the posted coordinates for the minimum event time of two hours, but with all geocaching events, you do not have to stay from start to finish. There will be a log for you to sign and you will get something for free. Yes FREE!!!! There is nothing to buy, just a gift that may be geocaching related or something to satisfy your early morning hunger. If a very large crowd shows up and we run out of stuff to give away, we will just continue the greeting and chatting as part of the event. So, plan on dropping by greeting the host (me) chatting with other people with a like interest and celebrate 20 years (now 21 years) of geocaching. Sorry about the one-year delay, but as we all know we have been going through a worldwide health pandemic thanks to Covid19 and this event like many others got put on hold.
The small gazebo where we will be meeting will accommodate maybe 10 people, so if it is raining on the day of the event, we will set up in the gazebo, so stop by sign the log, greet others, collect a gift and be on your way.
There are no rest rooms in the park, so plan accordingly as you head toward Brading Park. Last minute thought, please comply with all current CDC recommendations to assure all attendees are safe from the spread of coronavirus ,COVID 19.
