International Mountain Day
|
The United Nations General Assembly designated 11 December “International Mountain Day”. As of 2003, it has been observed every year to create awareness about the importance of mountains to life, to highlight the opportunities and constraints in mountain development and to build alliances that will bring positive change to mountain peoples and environments around the world.

- This event "Community Celebration Events - 2020+2", aims to celebrate the moment, providing conviviality in this space between mountains and a good way to celebrate International Mountain Day.
- After a walk through the mountains, a nice hot bath always feels good... LET'S GO TO A HOT SPRING!!!
- After going to the baths, the event continues with a picnic nearby, in which everyone can take their own and share with the participants, being a good time to share stories lived in the mountains.
- The event will take place between 12h00 and 14h00, in the thermal pool (free), the location of the coordinates, or in the near space.
- Organized visits to neighboring geocaches are NOT foreseen.
- Each Geocacher must assess the RISK of reaching the event and being responsible for accessing the event.
