You can learn the coordinates for this mystery cache by completing the Leesburg Hidden Art #3 - W&OD Sculptures Adventure Lab. You will need a smartphone with data service and the Adventure Lab app installed. You can install the app by going to https://labs.geocaching.com. You can launch the adventure by opening the Adventure Lap app and browsing to "Leesburg Hidden Art #3 - W&OD Sculptures."
Once you've completed the adventure, you should have the information needed to get to final. If you need to retrieve the codes later, you can reopen the adventure in the app, and view the journal entries for each of the locations.

The Raflo Park sculpture garden, ArtsPARKs, is a collaboration between Leesburg Commission on Public Art and the Friends of Leesburg Public Arts. The first two-year sculpture installation was unveiled in July 2016. The new sculptures (“Spirit Vision” and “Bio Diversity” by Jim Koenig, “Energy Bloom” and “Tied Sky” by Alyssa Imes, and “Oh Joy” by Sally Myers) will be on display through June 2024. The five new sculptures on display are):
