A quinta foi fundada em 1997 por Encarnação é uma quinta antiga que se situa na freguesia do Algoz. Durante muitos anos foi uma quinta que que fazia criação da espécie "burros". Hoje em dia a quinta ainda perserva essa espécie com um macho " Burro".
