On the other side of the fence in the cemetery near GZ, there was a brick oven dating back to the late 1800's. The oven was built by Chinese immigrants who used it to cook the food that they left on the graves of their departed ones. The oven is no longer there. As of today, all you will see is a rectangular hole in the ground that will be filled in. The bricks have been removed and stacked elsewhere. This cache marks a historical note in our diverse immigrant history and experience. The cache should be an easy find. You can park right next to it on the shoulder of the road.
