The Windsor Center River Trail is a 1.3 mile paved loop, part of which runs beside the Farmington River. This beautiful trail is an easy walk with several scenic viewing spots of the river. Kids and leashed dogs are welcome. Parking lot is located at the northern trailhead across the street from Bart's restaurant, 55 Palisado Avenue, Windsor, CT. If the trailhead lot fills up, there is also parking at the south end of the trail on Mechanics Street. BYOP. Happy caching!
