This cache is placed a fair distance from the All Saints Church in Rockwell Green in Wellington.
The cache is not at the Posted Coords.
Parking is available outside the church.
You will need to solve the Jigsaw Puzzle to collect the correct coords that will take you to stage 2. The questions that you need at Stage 2 will also be revealed on completion of the Puzzle.

Once you have collected the info at Stage 2 you will need to do some simple sums that will help you obtain the correct coords to find the cache.
