There is a beautiful walkway along the Moira River. Driving by, you might notice pedestrians, cyclists, and dog-walkers at any time of day, no matter the weather. As a geocacher, I take part in a fair share of walking. Lacking a cache in this area, I thought it would be a perfect location to bring more people down to enjoy it.
Cache is not at posted coordinates, but it is close. Recall your school days and do some math to find the correct coordinates!

Format of coordinates is N44 A.BCD W077 E.FGH Solve the following to get the cache coordinates:
A = In the nearby blue sign, add together the center digits in the second year.
B = On the nearby pole is a metal tag with a set of numbers preceded by a letter. Subtract the smaller number from the larger number.
C = On the nearby building, add together the two digits from the address number.
D = Back to Cptn Meyers, subtract the 3rd number from the 2nd number in the first year.
E = On the tall sign to the west of the Cptn, there are words and pictures. Add together the number of letters and the number of pictures on one side.
F = How many letters in the word that Meyers bought this site for, in 1789?
G = C - B
H = Which number is repeated 8 times on the Captain's sign?
