While walking past this spot many months ago on a lunchtime wander to find one of the nearby milestone caches, I noticed that due to a break in the trees to the south I could see the wind turbines over to the south of Six Mile Bottom. I also noticed a convenient hiding spot but it's taken me months to get organised and come back to place this.

Unfortunately this isn't a park and grab as the A1303 is a very fast road and there aren't any convenient parking spots so you'll have to walk a little while to get here - why not take in some of the other local caches while you're at it? There is a layby just to the west of the junction with Albert Road, as you head towards Cambridge, which is probably the best spot to stop. Alternatively find somewhere in Stowe-cum-Quy and wander down Albert Road.
