Geocache Description:

The Village People are an American disco band known for their on-stage costumes, Catchy tunes and suggestive lyrics. The group’s name refers to the Greenwich village of New York City, at the time known for its large gay population. The were a symbolic group of American masculinity and macho gay fantasy personas. Originally it had seven members, but the main characters included the policeman, the Indian, the GI, the biker, the construction worker and the cowboy. They formed in 1997 and are still playing to the present, though their line up has changed over the years. This is a micro, so BYO pen. **Congratulations to alnic39 for FTF*"
