This cache is within a Seattle P-Patch. At their heart, P-Patches are a neighborhood movement to improve idle and underused areas, by volunteer gardeners who actively cultivate their own small plots and maintain the whole area. Many of the gardeners in this Patch are neighborhood houseboaters. The Gardeners endeavour to create a beautiful refuge in the city for all, and this Patch takes pride in being one of the most well-kept in the city, as well as actively donating much seasonal produce to local food banks. Please amble through this beautiful public garden and enjoy. There is an adjacent small park with picnic tables.
-- Please: Stay on the paths and out of the individual garden plots, this cache can ONLY be reached while standing in a path.
-- Please don't pick or eat anything in the p-patch -- the produce is for the individual Gardeners-Protectors of the Patch
This P-Patch is along the Cheshiahud Trail, an urban walking path around Lake Union.
Public restrooms are lamentably scant in this area.
Good luck and Enjoy!
