A Nasty Nano Multi-Cache
Milli (the BugFinding Pooch) and I were out for a walk, looking for a few caches and to stretch our legs. This is an evening routine for us. We visited the “The V-Shape Tree (GC6B0GN)” just down this path, and walked a bit further to see what we could see. Turns out there was a space for a cache here. We took coordinates, and returned today with a cache container specially designed for this location. Let’s just call it an “Other.” We also saw an interesting sign, and thought it was an interesting idea.
Now, let’s find this cache:
Stage 1 will take you to a small sign, at ground level.
North: Find the date on this sign XXXX. Take the third digit in the date (treat it as a single ones digit), divide it by 1000. Then subtract it from the posted North coordinates.
West: Find the date (day of the month), on the sign (this is a 2 digit number), double it and add 4. Now, divide that number by 1000 and subtract it from the posted west coordinates.
Now off you go to the final!
Here’s the easy part, find the cache container and sign the log sheet.
Good Luck, and Happy Multi Caching!
