I'm Watching You! Traditional Cache

I've been getting back into geocaching while self-quarantining due to COVID-19. I've also been riding my bike a lot so I decided to place my own geocache while out on a ride. This is my first hide and it should be a quick C&D. No bicycling necessary; you can drive to the site. It is a small bison capsule and the clue is in the cache name. Enjoy!
