Geocache Description:

Countries of the World

*****THIS IS A DAYTIME ONLY CACHE*****

Here is your chance to claim a country of the world while in the Marion Oaks, community.  You will obtain a smiley for finding this country, and sorry, no souvenir from Groundspeak.  All of the streets are paved, there are very few street lights, with a house here and there.  It is recommended that you only look for these during daylight hours only.  That way it is easier for the Search and Rescue folks to find you.  We had good cell service in this area.

To claim the country, you will first need to find the 10mm screw top cintrafudge tube and sign the log.  All of the containers are the same and the log sheets are made with a special paper that lets you write on it with a pen or pencil when wet, so “No Wet Logs” will apply.

All containers had the top correctly attached when they were placed. You may need something to help remove the log sheet form the container?  There will be times you will find some caches several feet away from the posted GZ location because of many reasons beyond our control.  Clouds, Trees, Solar Flares, power lines, the movement of Magnetic North, the Navigation Satellites being calibrated, and your GPSr not recently calibrated, not forgetting someone did not place it back where they found it and the list goes on.

Remember to use caution, this is Florida and there is a long list of things for you to be aware of and you may have encountered or heard stories about most of them in the past.  Groundspeak, Inc. is not responsible or libel for any of your incidents or injuries while headed to a Geocache, while searching for a Geocache, or headed back after Geocaching in any way.

Have fun, be safe and happy hunting.
