Easy an pleasant, about 4.5km, walk in beautiful Pressmennan Wood.
Pressmennan Wood is a beautiful, mature, mixed woodland,owned by Woodland Trust. It sits on a vantage point overlooking Pressmennan Lake and the surrounding countryside. It is home to an abundance of wildlife, such as deer, owls, otters and bats, as well as some strange, mythical creatures, ‘Glingbobs’ and ‘Tootflits’. Kids will love searching for their hidden homes in the gnarled trees.

There is a small car park available (can be very busy). The last part of the road leading to the car park is very narrow.
