The published coords are Bogus and there is no need to go there looking for anything. To find the coords you must complete the "Main Street McMinnville, Tennessee". You will need to down load the Adventure Lab app, You will either need to jot down the clues from the journal or you can go back and view your journal upon completion, (That is why the difficulty level is 5.)
